the EU average only twice: in urban

environment and for all technology indicators

– Curious: low scores and lots of legislation

Spain: Conclusions

– MeAC: dipped below the EU average only

twice, for ATM technology and vending

machine technology.

– Above EU average on every other technology

case and also for every policy case analysed..

Overall Conclusions

– Websites: more enforcement

– SSTs: ICT, not just built environment

– Mobile Apps: how to create binding legislation?
