CIC partners with world renowned Chartwells Food Service to serve healthy and tasty meals that provides choice, value and convenience to summer campers.
Our meals are designed for international students and cater to all cultures. Our meals are prepared with fresh ingredients and prepared with a high standard of safety and healthy cooking methods (e.g. baking, roasting and steaming).

Canada & USA Cultural Adventure ProgramBe a part of our new Canada & USA Cultural Adventure Camp! Our camp provides international students with a unique learning experience at our Columbia International College Campus in Canada and The Knox School Campus in the USA. Campers will be involved in Canadian and American culture and entertainment first-hand, while developing their English speaking and leadership skills in the safety and security of a supervised and structured boarding environment.
In Canada, Campers will have ESL and activity classes in an immersive and diverse environment on the Columbia campus and develop leadership skills at our Bark Lake Leadership Center. Campers will visit great attractions in the Greater Toronto Area and tour the beautiful French province of Canada.

In the USA, Campers will experience the nature and American culture on the beautiful Knox campus and the surrounding area and join their American peers to take exciting trips.

Experience Eastern CanadaEastern Canada Tour (4 Days)Discover the beautiful landscapes of the province of Quebec and tour the cultured cities of Montreal, Ottawa and Quebec City! Campers will have the opportunity to explore historical landmarks, try richly flavored foods as they learn about a few important figures in Canada.

Bark Lake Leadership and Conference CentreExperience the Canadian wilderness in all its glory! Our unique location borders freshwater lake in the midst of over 2,500 acres of wilderness forest and we offer an unprecedented range of activities and opportunities.
We take pride in the quality and variety of our adventure initiatives and activities. We are committed to helping students learn new skills and knowledge through experiential learning at Bark Lake.
Bark Lake provides a unique North American outdoor experience where students can participate in a wide range of camp and leadership activities including:

Summer Adventure at The Knox School, Long Island, New YorkKnox Summer Adventures keeps our beautiful 40 acre, waterfront campus buzzing through the summer months with a wide variety of programming that offers children an adventurous experience like no other! All of our programs are built with the goal of offering a memorable summer of fun, learning, friendship and growth.
Our Equestrian Camp is made up of three specific riding programs that accomodate new riders all the way up to our Horsemaster’s Program for advanced riders.
Since 2003, Knox Summer Adventures has provided unforgettable memories for campers ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through tenth grade. Our unique waterfront location allows us to offer activities such as:
