Company Brief Detail about Tie-upLPS has recently done agreement with Richard Bergner Verbindugstechnik Gmbh & Co.KG (RIBE), Germany for Technical Cooperation and Licensing for Design and Manufacture of High Strength Cylinder Head Bolts to offer Best Practice Fastener Technology Solutions to our Automotive Customer Base.

RIBE is engaged in manufacturing of Specialty fasteners and precision cold formed parts for nearly 100 years and have turnover of USD 165 million.

Presently they are catering to Auto and Aerospace Segments with Engineered fasteners of high-grade aluminum alloys, Preassembled screw/sleeve combination parts Thread forming screws for metals, sheet metals and plastics, High-tensile arbor fracture blind rivets, Integrated components, Engine and wheel bolts, Brake components, Aerospace fasteners, Piercing rivet systems, Automation and fastener processing technologies for sheet metal applications, Automated systems for feeding and staking fastening elements (staking bolts, staking/piercing nuts, rivets etc.) into sheet metal components, Springs, Coils, Formed Wire parts, Stamping.

In Automobile their main customers for Engine Fasteners including Cylinder Head Bolts are Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW.

• Volkswagen AG, Germany has approved LPS facilities for 10.9 and above grades.

• Fiat Powertrain Technologies, Italy has approved LPS facilities for High Tensile Fasteners. Total range for Fiat is of 206 fasteners having fasteners upto 12.9 grade. SDE : 40 nos / Fire Engine: 45 nos / Transmission : 20 nos / Vehicle Assy : 25 nos

As the festive season is beginning we expect demand to go up for next 3-4 months for Aug.09 to Nov.09 for SDE and FIRE production.
