一、 21 世纪的学习
Digital-Age Literacy (数字时代的素养) :
Basic Literacy (基本素养) : Language
proficiency and numeracy at levels necessary to
function on the job and in society to achieve
one's goals and to develop one's knowledge and
potential in this Digital Age.
Scientific Literacy (科学方面的素养) :
Knowledge and understanding of the scientific
concepts and processes required for personal
decision making, participation in civic and cultural
affairs, and economic productivity.
Economic Literacy(经济方面的素养) : The ability to
identify economic problems, alternatives, costs, and
benefits; analyze the incentives at work in economic
situations; examine the consequences of changes in
economic conditions and public policies; collect and
organize economic evidence; and weigh costs against
benefits.
Technological Literacy (技术方面的素养) : Knowledge
about what technology is, how it works, what purposes
it can serve, and how it can be used efficiently and
effectively to achieve specific goals.
Visual Literacy(形象化素养) : The ability to
interpret, use, appreciate, and create images
and video using both conventional and 21st
century media in ways that advance thinking,
decision making, communication, and learning.
Information Literacy (信息化素养) : The ability
to evaluate information across a range of
media; recognize when information is needed;
locate, synthesize, and use information
effectively; and accomplish these functions
using technology, communication networks,
and electronic resources.
Multicultural Literacy (多元文化素养) : The ability to
understand and appreciate the similarities and
differences in the customs, values, and beliefs of one's
own culture and the cultures of others.
Global Awareness (全球意识) : The recognition and
understanding of interrelationships among
international organizations, nation-states, public and
private economic entities, sociocultural groups, and
individuals across the globe.

Inventive Thinking (创造性思维)9 . Adaptability and Managing Complexity(适应和处理复杂
事物的能力) : The ability to modify one's thinking, attitude, or behavior to be better suited to current or future environments; and the ability to handle multiple goals, tasks, and inputs, while understanding and adhering to constraints of time, resources, and systems (e.g., organizational, technological).
10 . Self-Direction(自我定向能力) : The ability to set goals related to learning, plan for the achievement of those goals, independently manage time and effort, and independently assess the quality of learning and any products that result from the learning experience.

11 . Curiosity (好奇心) : The desire to know
or the spark of interest that leads to inquiry.
12 . Creativity (创造性) : The act of bringing
something into existence that is genuinely
new and original, whether personally (original
only to the individual) or culturally (where the
work adds significantly to a domain of culture
as recognized by experts).
13 . Risk Taking(冒险精神) : The willingness to
make mistakes, advocate unconventional or
unpopular positions, or tackle extremely challenging
problems without obvious solutions, such that one's
personal growth, integrity, or accomplishments are
enhanced.
14 . Higher-Order Thinking and Sound Reasoning(高级思维和符合逻辑的推理) : The cognitive processes of analysis, comparison, inference and interpretation, evaluation, and synthesis applied to a range of academic domains and problem-solving contexts.
Effective Communication (有效沟通和交流)
15 . Teaming and Collaboration(团队合作) :
Cooperative interaction between two or more
individuals working together to solve
problems, create novel products, or learn and
master content.
16 . Interpersonal Skills(人际交往技巧) : The
ability to read and manage the emotions,
motivations, and behaviors of oneself and
others during social interactions or in a social-
interactive context.

Depth and currency of knowledge about
legal and ethical issues related to
technology, combined with one's ability to
apply this knowledge to achieve balance,

High productivity (高产出率)
20 . Prioritizing, Planning, and Managing for Results(优化安排、计划和管理) : The ability to organize to
efficiently achieve the goals of a specific project or
problem.
21 . Effective Use of Real-World Tools(有效利用现实世界的工具) : The ability to use real-world tools—the
hardware, software, networking, and peripheral
devices used by information technology (IT) workers
to accomplish 21st century work—to communicate,
collaborate, solve problems, and accomplish tasks.
22 . Ability to Produce Relevant, High-Quality Products(产生高质量产品的能力) : The ability to produce
intellectual, informational, or material products that
serve authentic purposes and occur as a result of
students using real-world tools to solve or
communicate about real-world problems. These
products include persuasive communications in any
media (print, video, the Web, verbal presentation),
synthesis of resources into more useable forms
(databases, graphics, simulations), or refinement of
questions that build upon what is known to advance
one‘s own and others’ understanding 。

二、做读书笔记
把记录纸分为左右两栏,左栏辅栏 ( 回忆栏 ) ,右栏为主栏,主要记要点、论据、细节、实例等;简化的笔记写在左栏,如扼要综述主旨,提炼标题、关键词等。
康奈尔( Cornell )笔记法

R1(record)— 记录。在听或阅读过程中,尽量将有意义的事实、概念、依据记录在右栏。
R2(reduce)— 简化。听或读完后,将记录的部分适当提炼加工,把主题、要点和重点写在回忆栏。
R3(recite)— 复述。仅凭左栏的内容提示,叙述阅读过的东西,要求在理解透彻的基础上用自己的话重新再现。讲完之后,核实正误,考察记忆的准确性。
R4(reflect)— 反思。编写提纲、摘要,理顺逻辑顺序,融合自己的想法、意见,联系个人生活实际,重构新的意义。
R5(review)— 复习。经常性浏览笔记,重读精要的左栏记录。
