 Oncothermia consensus
 Complementary to radiotherapy
 Complementary to chemotherapy
Consensus for oncothermia Apply only in combination
(exception if the conventional treatments are not applicable)
Treatment time is 45-90 min (average is 60 min)
Treatment frequency 2-3 times a week (sometimes everyday low-dose for blood-perfusion)
 Treatment number 4-12/cycles (average 5.8)
Treatment cycle follows the combination (average is 2.3)
Step-up heating, gradually increased power (follow the adaptability of the patient)
Give time adapt the modulation (in case of sensitive organs like the brain)
