iMovie HD iMovie HD is an application that is used to create movies using digital video, photos, and music. iMovie HD in the Classroom iMovie can be used to enhance your curriculum in a variety of ways. Students can create:
Documentaries News Reports (current events, historical events, etc.) Digital Stories Reenactments (stories, major historical events) Videos of science experiments
iMovie Options iMovie offers two options for creating movies.
Option 1: Create a Magic iMovie This option makes making a movie relatively easy because iMovie makes the movie for you. All you have to do is capture the footage, enter settings, and select create. This is a good option if you are short on time or want to create a simple video. Option 2: Create a New Project This option allows you to build a movie from scratch. You can edit video, add photos, music, transitions, and titles to your video.
