My name’s Karl Smyth and I would love to introduce myself & my work to you!

My client list includes The Irish Times, various advertising agencies & design studios, P.R. agencies and direct clients

in Ireland, the UK and around Europe. I cover product & advertising photography, event & PR, editorial portraiture

and bespoke photo libraries, as well as photo retouching.

Before I moved into photography, I worked as an art director in the advertising industry for ten years and was

responsible for many award-winning advertising campaigns. I feel this gives me the advantage of having an

intimate insight into the point of view of many of my advertising/design clients because i think not just as a

photographer but as an art director too.
