- Designed for the college bound junior or senior with a solid understanding of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Students will be aided in the research of college majors and the college selection process (using Naviance).

- Meets financial literacy course requirement for graduation.

New Course SelectionsFamily and Consumer Sciences Department: Honors Culinary Arts 3

- Designed for students to advance their culinary skillsbeyond Culinary Arts 2.

- Students will gain knowledge in: stocks, sauces, hot and cold preparation, soups, desserts, pasta, poultry,meat and seafood preparation.

- Course includes: workplacereadiness, resume’ completion,application procedures, and the interview process.

Music Department: Instrumental Music

- Replaces Music Lab.

- Designed for students who desire to begin playing or already play a band instrument and want an individualized music experience.

- Provides experience in creating/performing, analysis/judgment and explores historical, cultural and social concepts.
