Mrs. Mary Metobo is the founder of the

Motherly Care Children's Home. The home

provides shelter, food and education for

about 300 children between the ages of 2

months – 25 years old. Mrs. Metobo has

managed the home for the last 20 years

with minimal support from the government

or donors and few volunteers.

Over the years, Mrs. Metobo has

gotten ill and is no longer able to

run the home. The challenge to

continue the home is a major

stress for her and the children.

JNN SUPPORTS ORPHANS

Mrs. Metobo made an

appeal to the JNN

Medical Mission Team

that visited the Motherly

Care Children's Home.
