Style moves performed while much of your body (hips and/or shoulders) are touching the floor. Similar to top rocking there are alot of stress in the forefoot

Freezes are snap shot mo-ments and shoes should high-light the moves

A Power Move requires spinning and/or rotating in a way that can be done so in multiple rounds. This is prone to crashes and bboy needs extra protection in key areas.
