James P. Johnson
83, a resident of Farmington,
Arkansas died at his home on October
3, 2002. He was born February 24,
1919 at Cash, Texas the son of
William Arvin and Essie May Bobo
Johnson.
He was a member of the Prairie Oaks
Baptist Church in Prairie Grove.
James married Reba Gore on
September 28, 1940 at Greenville,
Texas.
Survivors include his wife of 62
years, Reba Johnson of the home; one
daughter, Charlotte Ann Gore of
Texas; one brother, Richard William
Johnson of Abilene, Texas; two
sisters, Rosalee Cathey of Abilene,
Texas and Weta Mae Phillips of Cato Mills, Texas; one granddaughter,
Melissa Miller; two great grandchildren, Joshua and Stephen Miller.
