to authorise the appropriation of certain further sums fromand out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services ofthe financial year 2013-2014 ended on the 31st March, 2014 inexcess of the amount granted for those services and for that year.

Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in theSixty-seventh Year of the Republic oflndia, as follows:-

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the RajasthanAppropriation (No.4) Act, 2016.

2. Authorisation of Rs. 80,93,313/- out of theConsolidated Fund of the State for the financial year 2013-2014.- Certain further sums not exceeding those specified inColumn 2 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sumsof Rs. 80,93,313/- (Rupees Eighty lacs ninty three thousand threehundred thirteen) only paid from and out of the Consolidated Fundof the State towards defraying the several charges which come incourse of payment during the year ended on the 31st day of March,2014 in respect of the services specified in Column 1 of theSchedule are hereby authorised to be appropriated for suchservices in relation to the year ended on the 31st March, 2014 inexcess of the amount granted for those services and for the saidyear.
