Diagnosis: Small left basal ganglia bleed. Minimal mass effect. Likely hypertensive.

Diagnosis: Right subdural. Extensive midline shift.

Diagnosis: Left peripheral subarachnoid haemorrhage. No mass effect. Likely traumatic.

Posterior spinal line

Diagnosis: Central subarachnoid haemorrhage. Likely aneurysm rupture. Hydrocephalus.

Posterior spinal line

Diagnosis: Right extradural haemorrhage. Midline shift. Right occipital infarct.

Posterior spinal line

Diagnosis: Bifrontal extradural haemorrhage.

Posterior spinal line

Diagnosis: Right sided extradural haemorrhage. Not biconvex, but is bounded by sutures.

Diagnosis: Subacute right subdural haemorrhage.

Diagnosis: Left intra-axial haemorrhage and right subdural haemorrhage. Likely traumatic.

Diagnosis: Left subdural haemorrhage along the skull vault and along the tentorium.

Diagnosis: Central (aneurysmal) subarachnoid haemorrhage. Hydrocephalus of the temporal horns.

Diagnosis: Hydrocephalus. Ventricles much more prominent than sulci.

Diagnosis: Mass obstructing left foramen of Munroe, with left lateral ventricle hydrocephalus.

Diagnosis: Atrophic changes. Ventricles and sulci both enlarged.
