InterSell B2B E-commerce is made up of four key areas. • Public/Private website - This provides general information and can allow

access to a full content managed product catalogue.

• Customer self service area - This is the heart of the trade ordering service.

• Administration for the public website - Manage the content on the public website such as ‘News’, ‘FAQs’, ‘About us’ etc.

• Administration for customer self service area – Administrators setup new customer account access to those who have been given a customer number on the Navision application.

• The website can be part of a public site, or it can be accessed one the user has entered their login details.

• InterSell provides you with a content managed website to promote your complete range of brands, ranges and products.

• The website is an ideal way to communicate to a general audience, attract new account customers or be a future platform for your own retail sales channel

Account login

• To order from the trade website, users will have to enter a unique username and password (established on your InterSell admin system). This not only means that the system will be able to identify the customers, it also means that your competitors will be unable to access any sensitive product information.

• To obtain password customers will first have to their account record exported to InterSell from Navision.

Customer self service

• Features:• Latest announcements• Offers/News• Order history• Account summary• Contact details• Create an order• View website catalogue

• A registered customer can view all their orders placed online.

• Any order saved online can be viewed and used again from the My Orders tab.

• Customers will be able to see all the orders they have placed with you and their order process status. To do this, the order details and status will need to come from the Navision data export.

• Ordering online is quick and simple to use

• Customers see products at their agreed pricing and discounting

• Customers see only what they are able to order

• Ordering can be by pack, carton or pallet, depending how all customers order.

• Enter stock codes and quantities from a document (such as Word or Excel). This means you can add items to your document and then copy and paste them into the fast lines box in one go

• There are three ways to add multiple fast lines to your order:

• Comma delimited

• Tab delimited

• The catalogue search allows the customer to search on two keywords and returns a result listing similar to the order pad search.

• The customer can simply add items from the search and either continue with another search or browser the catalogue ‘tree’

• The Order Pad shows the customer stock availability, pricing, discounting, order quantities, product minimum order quantities and line details.

• Items can be added directly using the quick add features

• User can save the order

• Order header and advisory notices are displayed on the right hand side

• If the customer has met the minimum order value they can proceed to reviewing the delivery details and placing the order

• InterSell can be setup to check for Pro-forma customers or customer who have exceeded their credit limit. In such cases the customer can still place the order with their credit card, rather than on account
