Prerequisites for the pilgrimage The pilgrimage has been devised as a Sadhana tour to thespiritual sources of yoga in India and will be led by experiencedSwamis. The tour requires constant adaptation to local customs,as well as an inner openness and sincere acceptance of theinstructions given by the Swamis.

Application and paymentMinimum donation: 1355 €. For participants of the Teachers’ Training Course or Advanced Teachers’ Training Course in Rudraprayag from 22 February until 23 March 2014: 1105 €.

This includes all spiritual programmes, accommodation, twovegetarian meals a day, ground transportation to and from Delhi.Transfers and travel will be via bus, taxi or rikshaw. Tips, laundryservice and any other additional services are not included.

The application is valid with a down payment of 955 €(for TTC/ATTC Rudraprayag: 705 € ). The balance of 400 €is to be paid in cash in RUPEES upon arrival in India.Prices valid until 31 March 2014.

ClothingClothing adapted to the traditional life style of India is required: Nofigure-hugging clothes, no halter tops, shorts or short skirts. At thistime of year in North India, it gets warm during the day but cool at night. Please also pack a scarf, cap, warm socks and sweaters.

TRAVEL INFORMATIONArrivalFlight to Delhi:Please book your own flight to Delhi. The day of departure should be 22 March, and you should arrive either on the eveningof 22 March or early morning of 23 March.

Drive to Rishikesh on 23 March:Participants of the TTC (Teachers’ Training Course) or ATTC(Advanced Teachers’ Training Course) from 22 February until 23 March 2014 will depart from Rudraprayag on 23 March at 7amand travel directly to Rishikesh.

For participants of the pilgrimage arriving directly in India, HotelShanti Palace in Delhi will serve as the meeting point, about a 10 minutes’ drive from the airport.

On 23 March, a chartered bus will take the pilgrims from Delhi to Rishikesh. The bus departs at 9am. Please be at Hotel ShantiPalace no later than 8.30am.

DepartureReturn flight5 April is the last day of the pilgrimage. Please book your returnflight for no earlier than late evening of 5 April (after 10pm) or early morning of 6 April.
