A symphony orchestra is a large group of 80 players or even more
There are instruments of all the families
CHAMBER ORCHESTRA
This music can be played in small rooms
A chamber orchestra is a group of around 10 musicians
CHAMBER GROUPS
STRING TRIOIt is a group of three string instruments
• The first string trio consisted of two violins and a cello
STRING QUARTETIt is a group of four string instruments
• It´s usually formed by two violins, a viola and a cello
PIANO QUARTETIt is a musical composition scored for
piano and three other instruments.

BRASS BAND
It is a group of musicians who play instruments of wind, percussion and some string instruments
SYMPHONY BAND
It is a band specialized in jazz, and it is normally made up of trumpet, trombone, clarinet, saxophone, piano, double bass, and percussion
JAZZ BAND
A big band is a musical group of about fifteen or more musicians that covers a lot of musical styles from jazz
