Infusionsoft and Reputation Loop Integration Walkthrough

Create an Infusionsoft Campaign

Step 1: Go to Campaign Builder

Step 2: Click on “Add a Campaign” button.

Step 3: Name your campaign and click on “Save” button.

Step 4: Click on “Goals”. Drag and Drop “Other”.

Step 5: Rename the Goal from “Other” to “Reputation Loop Tag”.

Step 6: Set the Goal for “Reputation Loop Tag”.

Step 7: Configure the tag for “Reputation Loop Tag”. Set “ReputationLoop” as “This goal is achieved when any of these tags are applied:”

Step 8: Follow Step 4 through Step 8 and create goals with the following detail.

(NOTE: You must create a tag in the review system, but don’t need it as a goal.)

Step 9: Click on “Sequences”. Drag and drop “Sequence”.

Step 10: Rename the Sequence from “Untitled Sequence” to “Start Reputation Loop”. Step 11: Set Sequence.

Step 12: Create “Send HTTP Post”.

Step 13: Configure “Send HTTP Post”.

Step 14: Add “Name / Value Pairs” with the following details.

(NOTE: Names must be exactly as mentioned in the table as they are case sensitive.)

Step 15: Click on “Back to Sequence”.

Connect “Start Reputation Loop” to “1 Star Review”.

Connect “Start Reputation Loop” to “2 Star Review”.

Connect “Start Reputation Loop” to “3 Star Review”.

Connect “Start Reputation Loop” to “4 Star Review”.

Connect “Start Reputation Loop” to “5 Star Review”.

Connect “Start Reputation Loop” to “6 Star Review”.

Set up Infusionsoft on Reputation Loop

Step 1: Go to Setup -> Infusionsoft

Step 2: Enter your “Infusionsoft API Key”. Enter your “Infusionsoft Application Name”. Submit the form.

Step 3: Copy “Campaign Post URL”.

Step 4: Go to your newly created campaign in Infusionsoft.

Step 5: Double Click on “Start Reputation Loop”.

Step 6: Double Click on “Send HTTP Post”.

Step 7: Paste “Campaign Post URL” (the URL copied in Step 3) in Send HTTP Post screen’s “Post URL” field and click on “Draft” to make it “Ready”. NOTE: Make sure that Name / Value Pairs are the same as specified in below screenshot.

Step 8: Click on “Back to Sequence”. Step 9: Click on “Draft” to make it “Ready”. Then click on “Back to Campaign”.

Get Started!

Step 1: Apply the tag “ReputationLoop” to contacts to add to Reputation Loop and initiate the feedback request sequence. Step 2: The tag “in review system” will be automatically applied to the Infusionsoft contacts by the Reputation Loop software until the customer reviews your business or completes the entire cycle of feedback requests. Once the customer has reviewed the business then Reputation Loop automatically tags the contact in Infusionsoft with “X star review” (X being the number of stars given by the customer). If the customer does not leave feedback after all the request have been sent by Reputation Loop then the customer is tagged “did not review”.
