• 23 yr old male• RTA• Grade IIIC compound fracture distal

1/3rd Tibia• Neurovascular Injury• Exfix, LD Flap & Skin Grafts, Multiple

Debridements• 3 Toes amputated• 9 months - Infected Nonunion
