Industrial/Organizational Psychology (MA)

Constructed according to the industry standard “Scientist-Practitioner Model,” our MA program prepares high-quality professionals to specialize in I/O topics and gain expertise in research methodology and quantitative approaches to organizational issues. Students will develop skills to solve critical problems in private and public sector organizations using empirical-evidenced knowledge.

Our program includes five faculty dedicated completely to the I/O graduate programs. Roosevelt also offers a dual degree program that allows students to get both an MA in I/O Psychology and an MBA at the same time. Plus, Roosevelt’s downtown Chicago location creates many opportunities for internships and jobs at top companies in the area.
