Same level incentive 1.5% of the sales value is kept aside to remunerate people

at the same level.

The said incentives shall only be paid to active representatives.

The same-level incentives wil l be divided into 2 parts i .e. Junior Level and Senior Level.

The Junior level means levels upto General Manager.

The senior levels are AVP and above.

The incentives to be distr ibuted shall be as under :-

Levels--- Junior level 1 : .5% Junior level 2 : .3% Junior level 3 : .2%The top .5% kept for the senior level wil l be distributed as under

Senior level 1 : .25% Senior level 2 : .15% Senior level 3 : .10%

Lets take an example:- A does a sale of a unit worth Rs. 5,00,000/- and the tree is as under :-
