Dr. Abdullah bin Hamid Ali - Expert in Islamic legal theory and the first American graduate of the Faculty of Shariah at Morocco’s Al Qarawiyyin University. Noted for his scholarship on culture and race.
Imam Dawood Yasin - Director of Student Affairs with traditional training in Damascus. An avid outdoorsman, he is reviving the Sunnah of archery, swimming & horseback riding.
Dr. Rania Awaad - Medical doctor by training, now an Assistant Professor at Stanford University. Studied with renowned scholars in Damascus. Leads the Rahmah Foundation & Khalil Center.
Imam Tahir Anwar - Prominent community leader known for his outreach work and engagement having served the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly two decades.
Dr. Youssef Ismail - PhD from Stanford in Engineering with traditional training in Islamic law. An avid photographer and our resident expert in astronomy and the Sunnah of moonsighting.
Dr. Ali Ataie - Scholar who has comprehensive knowledge of the Abrahamic traditions and comparative religion. Trained in Biblical Greek, Hebrew, and classical Arabic.
Ustadh Faraz Khan - Seasoned scholar & translatorwho spent years with eminent scholars in Amman, Jordan, receiving traditional l icenses in the classical Islamic sciences.
Dr. Cindy Ausec - An Egyptologist and scholar of ancient civilizations with a PhD in Near Eastern Religions from UC Berkeley. Served in the US Army, trained as a German Linguist.
Eiyad S. al-Kutubi - Eiyad al-Kutubi teaches Ethics, Logic in the Islamic Tradition, Classical Islamic Texts and Commentaries, and Politics.
Dr. Omar Qureshi - Omar Qureshi teaches Metaphysical Foundations, Contemporary Muslim Thought, Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence, and al-Ghazali.
