excerpts
I started off the year hating the library...
At first I was terrified of going to the library to study.
Moral of the story, do the library tour!
My first book hunt in the library did not go well at all.
Yes, I got lost in the library
...the mystical wonderland that is JSTOR. Thank god for the free access.
the library is one of the hearts of UCD, and it’s time we showed it some love.
questions, questions...
overall quality of service?
how do you use the library?* your study habits?
*do you use it at all?
a favourite resource
or facility?pet peeves?
suggestions based on experience?
in hindsight...would plan more
take a more holistic approach
is social media the way to go?Needs a clear end product?
need clear aims & objectives - e.g., Instagram challenge?
ambassador feedbackprovide more direction
invite ambassadors to library events
timing is everything!
“I really enjoyed taking part in this initiative. Having never used Twitter before the library has convinced me to get one and I'm definitely hoping to blog more in the future.”
Would we do it again Yes
but…...
may need to be an in-house production
