Goals

“Link the fabrics, essential to neighbors/ community stakeholders, who want to own their community as a place they live, learn, work and play.”

1.End the isolation of individuals in disinvested neighborhoods.

2. Knit together existing support systems into a more effective delivery system.

3. Foster support from existing community leaders and networks.

4. Identify the true needs of the individuals that make up the community through one-on-one interviews and ongoing conversation

Thank You!
