The total investment includes:• Franchise fee is $14,500• Royalty 9.5%• Ad Fund fee 2%

Facilities:
• 1200-1400 sq ft. of retail space• First floor, walk in• Close to one anchor tenant, such as a major supermarket• High traffic or high visibility area• Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 9:30am – 8:30pm; Saturday, 9:00am – 3:00pm
Staffing:
• Center Director, typically the franchise owner• Assistant Director or Office Manager• Part–Time Teachers

• Phone Presentation #1 with prospect

• FDD disclosed to prospect
• Prospect attends Team Huntington Day (Discovery Day) at the corporate
headquarters in Oradell, NJ
• If approved after THD, validation is arranged with existing franchisees
• Prospect sends a Request for Franchise Agreement
• Contract signed by prospect
• Referral paid immediately after execution of franchise agreement
