How to Schedule a Campaign in

Log in to your MailChimp Account

Enter your Username and Password

Click Log In Button

Dashboard will open

Click “Campaigns” Menu

The “Campaigns” page will open

In this tutorial, “Campaign #1” is chosen

Important Note

Campaign #1 has already completed the set up of creating a campaign with Campaign

Builder

Click “Campaign #1”

The “Confirm” step of the Campaign Builder will open

When all are set to send and campaign has been tested

Click the “Schedule” button

The scheduling options will open below

Click the calendar picker

Set the delivery date

Click the drop-down menus

Set the delivery time

For paid accounts, there are 3 additional features

Click the “Schedule Campaign” button

This page will open

After the campaign is scheduled…

the time the campaign is set to send to subscribers on the Campaigns page is shown. 

Now it’s your turn to schedule a campaign and have a great start in Email Marketing with
