Add EmbellishmentsIf you can afford to get them in the first place…because why else would you be

eating ramen?

Eggs

Cook an egg in the ramen broth however you prefer it.

• Sunnyside up• Crack the egg in the broth towards the end of noodle cooking

• Scrambled/Egg drop style• Crack the egg in after you’ve stirred in your noddles and flavoring since this

doesn’t need as much time to cook and scramble the eggs around with your preferred utensil(chopsticks or fork is you’re an amateur)

• Soft Boiled

Hot sauce AND peanut butter for a poor man’s thai peanut sauce.Stir the PB into the boiling broth; when it combines with the sriracha, it gets a poor man's thai peanut sauce flavor.

CheeseThis is delicious if you like your ramen really spicy since the cheese helps counteract it. Add a slice of American cheese on top of the cooked ramen. Cover the bowl and let it sit a bit for the cheese to melt.
