How to Create a Facebook Page 1. Goto: http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php 2. Select middle Option Company, Organization, or Institution

3. Select Organization from drop down menu, Enter Affiliate Name:

4. Enter Organization e-mail, and other information. Click Sign Up now!

5. Go to e-mail box to confirm e-mail address:

6. Click on link in E-mail

7. Click on Create Page

8. Repeat steps 3,4,&5 9. Add Affiliate logo. Next

10. Fill out about information. Save Info.

11. Set Facebook web address: use affiliate name or acronym.

12. Select to enable ads by entering a funding source or choose to skip:

13. Start Sharing, add an about statement.

14. Build Audience by inviting current membership to like your new Facebook page:

A. Contact Autumn to help you put current membership into CSV format. Next complete the following steps: Select: Other tools

B. Insert CSV membership file or enter contacts through other chosen method:

C. With contacts chosen Facebook will automatically populate to send out invitation, Select Preview Invitation:

D. Select Authorization to send e-mails to membership, and send e-mail and invitation:
