Desktop: How to Add Java Security Exceptions

Mac Users

Click HERE to confirm if Java is installed on your computer and version.

Please note, the Chrome browser does not support NPAPI plug-ins and therefore will not all Java content. Switch to a different browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari on MAC) to run the Java plug-in. Click HERE for more information on Java and Google Chrome Browser.

Go to your System Preferences and choose the Java Console.

Security > Edit Site List > Add and type: https://stream.jigsawme.com

Choose "I accept the risk and want to run this application" and "Run".

Select "Do not show this again for apps from the publisher and location above" and "Run".

Choose "Start Sharing".

Got to your Start menu and select Configure Java.
