Interesting Point

• Almost 30,000 Apple gadgets deployed to 1,108 stores

• Nearly 30% of transactions were made on iPod Touch at high point…

• After a 40% reduction in force, attrition grew dramatically… in a market where the unemployment rate is about 6%.
