LEGAL
All parties agree that the League Title and Composite Logo shall:
1) Always be used in all advertising, marketing collateral, promotional material or any website that references the party’s connection with the League;
2) Be featured in a prominent position on all of the forementioned materials and shall be at least 25% of the size of any other logo which appears on such materials;
3) Be used in the manner as approved and/or provided by FSDL;
4) Not be combined with any other logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, or symbols;
5) Not be used in a manner that would disparage FSDL, the League or the game of football in any manner.

ABOUT THE GUIDELINESThese guidelines lay down the specifics that govern the design language of the Indian Super League. These rules are important, as it forms the visual groundwork for years to come. The aim is to build a strong association with the look and colours of the Indian Super League. To ensure it, all stakeholders must consistently follow the guidelines. It must also be pointed out that though the guidelines are many, it also leaves sufficient room for fresh and original ideas

TRADE MARKS AND COPYRIGHT
THE APPROVALS PROCEDURE
REFERENCES TO THE LEAGUE
• All right, title and interest in any words, logos and designs (“Marks”) stated in these guidelines is owned by FSDL in its entirety. Use of any such Marks shall not grant to the user any right, title or interest in or to such Marks and all related goodwill by virtue of their use shall inure to FSDL. The user shall not make any claim to any related rights or lodge any filings with respect to the Marks or marks confusingly similar to the Marks, whether on behalf of FSDL or in its own name or interest.
• The ®symbol must appear prominently on all registered Marks wherever and whenever such registered Marks are featured. If in doubt, a user should check with FSDL as to whether a Mark is a registered Mark.
• The viewer must be able to recognize the ® symbol at all times. Exceptions shall only be made for small items, such as small badges and small embroidered logos on clothing.
How do I obtain approval?
• To maintain the integrity and consistent representation of the Hero ISL brand, all planned usages of any Marks and applications must be submitted to FSDL for prior review and approval.
• To obtain approval, all items must meet, and be in compliance with, the guidelines stated herein (without limitation, guidelines in relation to overall tone, quality, style and positioning of the Hero ISL brand must be carefully adhered to).

OUR LOGOThe logo consists of graphics and logotypes. The central graphic unit is a composite of 14 hexagons that form the shape of a football. They are 2D shapes that use different shades to give a 3D illusion, symbolising the dynamism and fast pace of the game. This is reinforced by the use of red, which exudes energy and passion. There are two sets of logotypes - one names the tournament and the other identifies the owners of the league. Both use the Klavika typeface. The other graphic element is the pair of golden stars.
THE LOGO IS THE ELEMENT MOST ASSOCIATED WITH THE BRAND. HENCE, IT MUST BE USED AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE.
