Outcomes – Participants will…• Use the 2013 Charlotte Danielson Framework

for Teaching to identify criteria for high-quality artifacts.

• Affirm criteria for determining insufficient, partial, or full attainment of Student Learning Objectives.

• Understand the year-end evaluation process

• Become aware of resources that support the the final evaluation process.

Idea Exchange

• Form standing groups of 3-4.

• Discuss practices and supports you have put in place to facilitate the evaluation process.

Artifact Analysis

• Review the sample artifact.

• Refer to the rubric for 4C: Communicating with Families.

• Work with your table group to determine a level of performance.

• Use the language of the rubric to justify your decision.

Artifacts•Teachers must upload at least 1 artifact per component in domains 1 and 4.

•A single artifact can be used as evidence for more than one component.
