Approximately 1,000 cubic yards of sediment was dredged from the existing pond and the stream channel was restored. Two detention
ponds were retrofitted to improve water quality and to establish a functioning biological system.
Dredging services were donated by Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc.

The fabricated geotextile bags or geo “socks”
Once full with the dredged material and in place, the geo textile bag raises the stream bed.
