HABITARHABITAR INHABITINHABITVenezuela vive una de las más grandes crisis humanitarias que sin duda se sigue sintiendo en las vidas de las familias que migran y en las que se quedan.

Construir un hogar, soñar, recorrer nuevos y viejos espacios, vivir. Pertenecer a un sitio, ese espacio que te acoge, abriga, incluye y protege.

Este fotolibro recoge once historias de niñas y niños venezolanos en Latinoamérica, desde su visión del lugar que habitan en un país distinto al que los vio nacer. Hechas desde un taller fotográfico que planteó una pregunta, ¿Cómo son los espacios que habitas? Llevándolos a compartirnos imágenes de sus hogares y comunidades desde una mirada profunda y entrañable.

Venezuela is experiencing one of the greatest humanitarian crises of our time. One that undoubtedly continues to be felt among children and families that migrate and those who choose to remain.

Build a home. Dream. Explore new and old spaces. Live. To belong to a place—a space that welcomes, shelters, includes and protects you.

This photo book is a collection of 11 stories of Venezuelan children strewn throughout the South American continent. This presents their vision of the place they live in a country other than the one where they were born. Their works stem from a photography workshop that posed a question: ‘What are the spaces you inhabit like?’ Here they share images of their homes and communities from a deep and endearing point of view.

Juan David, Luz Mary, Valeria, Fernando, Gabriel, Keiner, Odette, Johannys, Dilia, Miranda and Marcos are children of migrants who seek to live in a better present, with stories full of potential.
