Group Training designed to challenge your inner athlete. ATHLETIC programming includes aerobic an anaerobic conditioning, strength training and athleticism. ATHLETIC utilizes the right functional training tools to produce the intended results. Lift and move like an athlete at your pace, intensity and chosen resistance. Treadmills, battle ropes, landmines, suspension trainers and assault bikes are some of the components for your next ATHLETIC workout.

GOOD FORMCancel reservation: Please cancel your class reservation minimum 1 hour prior to class by emailing info@richmondoval.ca.
RIDE reservations can be cancelled via the OVALfit website.
Arrive early: Please arrive at the studio, minimum 5 minutes before class time. Late entries will not be permitted after class start time.
Scent free: Please refrain from wearing perfumes or scented personal care products.
Footwear: Please ensure you are wearing appropriate athletic shoes. Remove your shoes by the studio door for Yoga and Core Pilates.
Equipment: Please clean and return equipment used during class. Please bring your own yoga mat to Yoga and Core Pilates class.
GROUP FITNESSJoin a heart pumping HIIT class, a high-energy Zumba or a gentle Roll + Restore class. The Oval offers over 65 group fitness classes per week for all fitness levels. Highly skilled instructors will assist you with progressions and regressions to ensure your workouts are safe and effective.
