Dear Parents
POLICE ARE OUR FRIENDS
On Friday 19th June five students from K-6S went to Penrith Police Station. We visited areas that a student would access if they ever got lost and taken to the Police Station. Each student also had a turn of giving their personal details to a police person. We also experienced a police car and its flashing lights. A thank you to Mr Arnold for coming with us. We all has an inter-esting visit and look forward to going again next year. Thank you to Mrs Small and Mrs Spicer

“SCHOOL BEHAVIOUR AND BULLYING” UPDATE
A concerted effort by all students to stop bully-ing, name calling and swearing has resulted in a reduction of suspensions and detentions in Term 2. This has made our playground safer and more enjoyable. Students have been heard to be using better language and identify-ing the children who persist in this inappropri-ate behaviour. Well done all students and to those who have stood up for what is right. We are proud of you because you have ‘COURAGE’.
