Inordertoguaranteeacontaminationfree,precisionorUHPqualitychromatographicseparation,“highpurity”rotaryvalvesinapurgedbox(forADDandDIDdetectors)areusedtopreventleakages.1/8”StainlessSteelcolumnsarefittedeitherwithSwagelok®orVCRcompressionfittingsandcombinedwith1/16“stainlesssteeltubingandplumbingaccessoriesthroughout(electropolishedifrequired).OthermaterialssuchasTeflonorHastelloymaybeused,asrequired,toeliminateinterferencefromthematrixgasortomitigatetheeffectsofcorrosiveelements.Moreover,thepackedcolumnswiththeirmultiplecolumnovensandindividualtemperaturecontrollersalsomaintainexceptionalstability,sensitivity,accuracyandrepeatability.

Withaquickstartuptime,fastdetectorresponseandsuperiorattributessuchastheElectronicPressureControl(EPC)Systemforthecarriergas,operationoftheNovaCHROMisswift,preciseandstraightforward.TheoptimisedconsumptionofcarrierandsupplygasesbytheNovaCHROMprovidesaneconomicalplatformwithalowcostofownershipandlonglifespan.Servicingandmaintenanceistrouble-freewithadrop-downfrontpanelforeasyaccesstotheelectroniccomponentsandtheuniquecolumninfrastructure,whichcanberegeneratedin-situ,providestheuserwithseamlessoperations.
