Our second Quiz is on the 10th October.

Cake Sale – September 2013 Our cake sales are held at both schools.

Cakes are donated by families and sold for 20p to £2

Infants £158.27

Juniors £130.90

Total profit:

Christmas Wrap 2013 This very popular is always a hit, masses amount of work,

School Discos Nov 13, Feb 2014

The Discos were held at the Juniors and sell out QUICK!

It is really nice to have a social BYO as well as being able to purchase refreshments.

All the children have a great time at the disco, and the parents seem to enjoy it too!

Tickets are guaranteed IF you volunteer!

These events have made a total profit of:

£1537.88

Handmade & Vintage Fair March We focus this event on the community as well as the

schools.

We want to celebrate our talented Parents/Carers, so they have first shout on stalls, then to the local community.

We charged entry, had a raffle, sold sandwiches and cake, had sponsorship and a Friends craft stall.

Helping us double our profit:

£1535.11

Silent Auction

A brand spanking new event for us. We had over 40 lots donated by parents and local businesses, from camping to a meal cooked in your home.

A lot of work, but very much worthwhile. We will be doing it again this year, we have found an auction site and will be using that.

Can you help?

We raised:

£878.70

be one of the worst storms of the summer.

Where next, for us?We have worked hard this year to show transparency, mostly dueto our skills from our day jobs! We have introduced Dropbox, tocut down on our workload, launched our own website and emailaddress, started using MyDonate, Sign Up Genius and Facebook. We invested in a cash counter (my new best toy) to reduce timeafter events.

Next year will see the introduction of Gift Aid, hopefullyparents/carers work for companies who Match Fund so we willraise funds that way, online auction sites, pre-printed raffletickets and so much more!

Where next, for the Schools? Both schools are looking into using a vast amount of the

money raised for Forest School. This will require work on the land and training so is a long term project. Watch this

space!
