ABOUT FOX & VELVETHailing from opposite sides of the globe, we (Liverpudlian Mark Scott-Davies

& Kiwi Suumin Birks) started Fox & Velvet in 2014, after a year’s worth of backpacking around Southeast Asia gave us courage to pursue our dreams.

Our designs are inspired by the things we love - travel, music, food and nature. We love to put a unique retro spin on every illustration we create,

and we've learned along the journey that there is always a new way to look at an old favourite - whether it be a treasured holiday spot, a wild animal, or

a sweet dessert, and our designs reflect our individual way of viewing the world.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTSAll our prints are Giclée printed in our Liverpool studio. We use pigment inks and gorgeous smooth archival matte paper to ensure that our designs can be

enjoyed in vibrant colour for years to come. Our greeting cards are digitally printed by our fantastic UK supplier. With gorgeous textured card, they look

and feel luxurious - stunning, unique & perfectly giftable!

PAYMENTOnce you have placed an order, we will send you an invoice with payment instructions. Payment is pro forma by UK bank transfer. International customers please contact us before placing an order.

MINIMUM PRODUCT ORDERSPrints - sizes & designs can be ordered in any quantity.Cards - minimum total quantity 36, ordered in sets of 6 per design.Minimum order total of £50.

DELIVERY£7.50 for UK mainland orders under £150Carriage paid for UK mainland orders of £150 & overPlease contact us for Scottish Highlands, British Isles, Northern Ireland & Rest of World shipping rates.

VATWe are not VAT registered, so VAT will not be added to your order.

RETURNSWe accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Please notify us prior to returning the goods, and we will provide you with returns instructions. Once we receive the goods back in saleable condition (undamaged and stickers/tags attached), we will refund the full price that you have paid for your order less shipping.

DAMAGED GOODSWe take extreme care with our packaging and the vast majority of parcels arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us some photos within 3 working days of receipt of the order and we will promptly replace any damaged items at no cost to you.

DELIVERIESDeliveries will be made to a single UK address, within 21 days of receiving your confirmed order and cleared payment (sooner if we can manage it!). Please let us know if you have any specific delivery date requirements.

DISPLAY AND PACKAGINGAll products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Wholesale products purchased may not be sold online without written permission from Fox & Velvet.
