• A delightful comedy that gets your attention from beginning to end. A storyof a group of friends with emotional and personal problems: Jorge cannotcope with his job anymore, and to top it all, his girlfriend left him when he

couldn´t promise her marriage. Ramón is constantly nagged by his sexually-paranoid wife; Gonzalo has been studying Law for as many years as he has

been trying to win a girlfriend; Carlos aspires to be a great actor but couldnot go further than an extra role in an ad. The only one who seems to lead a

more normal life is Antonio, who just came out of prison. In such a

depressing situation, they all agree that the best therapy they can have isthe football team they used to have in their youth. They have to winsomething in their life, even if it´s only a football trophy. David Serrano, the

applauded scriptwriter of EL OTRO LADO DE LA CAMA, makes hisdirecting debut in this film. This first attempt has favored him positive

reviews in the ambit of modern Spanish comedy.
