DuPage County Animal Control Foster Program
Thank you for your interest in this program. In addition to being a fun and rewarding experience, fostering can be time consuming, physically and emotionally demanding. You will also be required to attend special training. Please complete this questionnaire to insure that you will be a good candidate for this program. All fosters must be at least 18 years old and must be able to transport the animal for medical care at the shelter and occasionally to adoption events.
