Every Princess Needs A PrinceCharity Event And Ride

Young Samantha Simmons, age 4, was born with a form of Ecto Dermal Dysplasia known as "Limb Mammary Syndrome"

one of the rarest forms, where all 4 limbs are affected. Samantha had her first surgery on her foot September 4th, which

is not healing properly. Her next of many surgeries is January 14th, 2016 on her other foot. Every Princess needs a Prince.

So, we are coming together to help Sammy and her family on April 16, 2016. The medical expenses are around 5000 dollars.

let's all get together to help out. Amputations were recommended but the family is trying alternative surgeries at Scottish Rite.
