Survey: sample description

• 130 questions• separated analysis for experimented and foreseen

• 15 samples:• 10 national, 4 local and 1 international

• 1 PPT, 2 Consortium of Private and public stakeholders

• Ongoing API strategies:• apply to the whole organization in at least 40% of cases

• are related to other ICT strategies at least in 30% of cases

• Only 1 organization did impact analysis

• Oldest from 2014, 5 planned to be launched in 2018
