Some individuals live inremote area, where what happens is a tribal affair, the punishment is tobe banned from the tribe. Where will you find that record?...AskPakistan and India if they have criminal record searches. They willtell you NO, the background screening companies in India verifyemployment and education not criminal records.So if the companies in those countries tell you it is illegal and notpossible to do criminal records, what makes American companies dootherwise."

The criminal records in INDIA are available atthe police station level having jurisdiction over the given residentialaddress in the remote places in India.

In bigger towns/cities the records are available at the police stationlevel and also at the police commissionarate level and in some places therecords are also computerised.
