RESEARCHER – collects information, organises surveys, looks at competitors to work out what people think of Pizza Hut Restaurants

STRATEGIST – understands what the company wants people to think of them and considers how to communicate it

DESIGNER – understand the brand and how it could look online. Thinking about how customers will view the brand and what the colours mean and how they are used across the website

ACCOUNT MANAGER – liaises with the client about money, contracts and the overall solution.

USER EXPERIENCE CONSULTANT – ensures the site is easy to use and the content/functionality is relevant. ‘User Experience’ refers to how the user moves around a website.

PROJECT MANAGER – makes sure everything happens in the right order and at the right time and on budget.

DEVELOPER – builds the site (back end and front end developers).
