• Bharti Foundation

– Bharti Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Bharti Group Companies.

– The prime objective is to bridge the existing education divide and make quality education accessible to underprivileged children in rural India.

– The Foundation aims to help underprivileged children and young people of our country realize their potential.

• Satya Bharti School Program

– The Satya Bharti School Program is the flagship program of Bharti Foundation.

– It aims to deliver free quality education to underprivileged children, with special focus on the girl child across rural India.

– Present Operational Status:

• Number of Schools Operational: 250

• States of Operation: Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh & Tamil Nadu

• Number of Students Enrolled: Over 30,000

About the Community

• Geographical Location:

Achrol is situated in Amer block of Jaipur district. It is 16 Km far from the Jaipur.

• Cultural Background:

It is semi urban area where is urbanization is in process. Mostly people does labor work.

• Role of Satya Bharti School in the Village:

Satya bharti school cover’s a big enrollment in school of this area and providing quality education to the marginalized section of society.

• Participation in ‘Design for Giving’ School Contest: Good participation of community children to decrease the

• Need identification:Maximum use of alcohol surrounding the school.The environment effects the behavior of the children.Most of the habitual drinker know about the demerits of alcohol but does not know how it effects his family and his social life.

• Each student requested to his/her parents to stop the use of alcohol.

• Community are now aware that the their children are more sensitive on the

social issues.

• Awareness campaign in every tree month.• Each students does work individually at their home to stop the use of

alcohol.• Signature campaign for stop
