This work was developed along 2011-2013 in five university campus (UAM, UC3M Getafe, UC3M Colmenarejo, UNIA, and UNED), It is grounded in the reflections drawed at Talentya in a meeting held in Palma de Mallorca in the summer of 2011 hosted by Fraile&Blanco. It has also benefited from the classes prepared for Spanish Exeutives at Ferrovial and it includes their views and reactions.
