MIROSLAV “MISHA” MLADENOVIC, PEPRESIDENTMr. Mladenovic’s career in construction spans for more than 30 years. Considering it his true calling, he was involved during that time in the most diverse projects, ranging from multi-purpose conference halls to luxury condominiums on three continents. A proven problem solver, he actively participated in all aspects of the construction process, from design to construction management and from equipment commissioning to forensic engineering. Licensed in several states and countries, Mr. Mladenovic speaks seven languages.

DEJAN M. TEPAVAC, PH.D.PRINCIPALDr. Tepavac is responsible for M2E’s cutting edge Technology Division as well as its infrastructure. The Technology Division specializes in developing custom business applications for smart phones and tablets, and consulting for complex building systems and robotic parking systems.

Dr. Tepavac has a unique combination of IT education and years of practical experience. He has managed various types of projects ranging from complex computer network systems to Artificial Intelligence. This experience allows him the ability to devise the right custom solutions for our diverse clientele.
