Dermatophyte  with  Endothrix  Infec5on  

Pearls   Dermatophyte  infection  may  mimic  nearly  every  non-­‐infectious  dermatitis-­‐must  have  high  level  of  suspicion  

 Consider  when  intracorneal  neutrophils  or  suppurative  folliculitis  

 Confirm  with  PAS/GMS  for  fungus
