Identify candidates for reimplantation

Identify candidates inappropriate for procedure

Demonstrate the procedure

Length of time before a tooth is implanted and how it is transported are crucial in successfully saving and reimplanting teeth

Best chance for success is when reimplantation occurs less than 5 minutes from injury
