16-17 The appliance automatically adjusts the cooking cycle (time and temperature) according to the food thickness and quantity.
Close the appliance to start thecooking cycle. The cooking levelindicatorturnsblueandthenbecomesgreen to indicate the cooking is inprogress(forthebestresultsdonotopenormoveyour foodduring thecookingprocess).
Duringthecookinginprogressstage,abeepsoundsateachstageofcookingtowarntheuserthatacookinglevel(egrare/yellow)hasbeenreached.
Note for very thin pieces of food:close the appliance, the button OKwill flashing and the indicator willstay“fixedpurple”,pressOKtoensurethe appliance recognises the foodandthatthecookingcyclestarts.
18Accordingtothedegreeofcooking,theindicator light changes colour.Whentheindicatorlightisyellowwithabeep,your food is rare,when the indicatorlightisorangewithabeep,yourfoodismediumandwhentheindicatorlightisred,yourfoodiswelldone.
N.B.: ifyoulikeyourmeatveryrare,removethemeatwhenthecookinglevelindicatorturnsgreen.
Please note, especially for meat, itisnormal that cooking resultsmayvarydependingontype,qualityandoriginoffood.

How to cook another batch of food: Afterfinishingyourfirstbatchoffood: 1.Makesuretheapplianceisclosed
withnofoodinside. 2. Select the appropriate cooking
mode/program(thisstepisnecessaryeven ifyoudecidetopickthesamecookingmodethanforthepreviousbatchoffood).
3. Press the “OK” button: theappliancestartspre-heating.Thepre-heatingissymbolizedbythecookinglevelindicatorthatflashespurple.
4.Thepre-heatingiscompletewhenanaudiblebeepisheardandthecookinglevelindicatorstopsflashingpurple.
5.Afterthepre-heating,theapplianceis ready for use.Open the grill andplacethefoodinsidetheappliance.
Important: - Please note that any new batch
of food, the pre-heating phase is mandatory. Remember to alwayshave the grill closed and no foodinsideinorderforthepre-heatingtoeffectivelyfunction.

Ifyouwanttocookfoodtodifferentpersonaltastes,onceyouhaveplaceditonthegrill,openthelidandremovethe food when it has reached thedesired levelandthenclosethegrillandcontinuecookingtheotherfood.Theprogramwillcontinueitscookingcycleuntil itreachesthe‘welldone’level.
25 Keeping warm functionWhen the cooking process hasfinished,theappliancewillstartthekeepwarmfunction;theindicatorwillswitchtoflashingredandwillemitabeepsignalevery20seconds.Ifthefoodisleftonthegrill,itwillcontinuecookingwhilethecookingplatescooldownandduringthekeepingwarmfunction. You can turn of the beepsignalbypressingthe‘OK’button.
